A broadband internet connection (DSL/cable or higher) of 750 kbps or higher is needed for Big Ten Ticket. If you have an internet connection speed of 2.0 Mbps or higher and your computer meets the requirements below, you will be able to enjoy Big Ten Ticket at its highest video quality.

What is Big Ten Ticket?
Big Ten Ticket is a web streaming service offered by the Big Ten Network that makes the Big Ten Network's televised football and men's basketball games available to those outside of the United States, Canada and certain Caribbean Islands. The service will offer between 35-40 football games and approximately 110 men's basketball games. Big Ten football and men's basketball games televised by ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, CBS or any other network are not included in Big Ten Ticket on live basis, but these games will be added for on-demand after midnight the evening the event has taken place. Only Big Ten home games will be available. If your Big Ten team is the visiting opponent against a non- Big Ten conference team the game will not be available.
How many games will be offered for my favorite school?
The actual number will vary by school and by year. The Big Ten Network will televise between two and nine football games per school in the fall for a total of 35-40 football games. Throughout the football season, television assignments are determined on a rolling basis 6-12 days in advance of games, so the schedule you see on this website does not include every football game that will be offered as part of the Big Ten Ticket. The Big Ten Network will also televise between 12-20 men's basketball games per school in the winter. Overall, the Big Ten Network will televise approximately 110 men's basketball games, including three Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament games.
Why isn't the Big Ten Ticket available in the U.S., Canada or Caribbean Islands?
Contractual agreements between the Big Ten Network and its cable and satellite affiliates prevent the domestic (U.S., Canada and the select Caribbean Islands) streaming of any events at the same time they are airing live on the Big Ten Network.

How does Big Ten Ticket billing work?
For Big Ten Ticket- Conference Pass subscriptions or School Pass subscriptions, services billed on a seasonal basis, the term begins when you purchase and ends on July 31, with one-time billing immediately following your purchase. Your Conference or School Pass subscription will automatically renew on approximately August 1 of the next year at the previous year's published rate, unless you signified otherwise in accordance with the applicable instructions. To cancel the annual automatic renewal feature, send an e-mail to bigtensupport@neulion.com.
For Big Ten Ticket- Weekly Pass subscription, the term begins when you purchase, and extends for seven (7) days from date of purchase at a one-time purchase rate. Rates are subject to change. There is no auto-renewal option for the Big Ten Ticket- Weekly subscription offering.
Are there any places where I cannot purchase and access Big Ten Ticket?
Yes. Big Ten Ticket is restricted to users located outside United States, Canada, Anguilla, Antigua & Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Martinique, Netherland Antilles, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Martin, Trinidad & Tobago, and Turks & Caicos.
Does Big Ten Ticket include post season games?
Big Ten Ticket season subscription only includes the Big Ten Network's televised Football and Men's Basketball games, which does include three Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament games.

Do I have to create an account in order to purchase?
You have to have a valid BigTenTicket.com account to purchase or access BigTenTicket.com subscription products. If you registered on BigTenTicket.com in 2009-10, you will need to create a new user account for 2010-11.
I have an account but forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click the link that says "Forgot your password?" You will be taken to a screen that asks for your username. Enter your username associated with your account and you will receive an e-mail with your password.
I have a Promo Code. Where do I enter that to get a discount?
After logging in or creating a new account, you will be taken to the payment page. On the right-hand side of the screen you will be able to add any product promo codes.
How do I launch the application I purchased?
Please log on to the service at www.bigtenticket.com. Once logged in, the application will automatically launch and you will be able to enjoy the product you purchased.
How do I change my account information?
Log in to www.bigtenticket.com and the media player will open. In the top right corner, please click on the "My Account" link and your options will open. At that time, please select from the three options to update account information, update billing information or update your password.
Why are my videos taking so long to start and/or very choppy?
This is most likely due to low internet bandwidth. It is required that you have either a Cable or DSL modem providing at least 750 kbps download speed. Make sure you are not downloading music, movies, or games at the same time as this consumes your bandwidth. Note that if you are on a shared network, other people may be consuming your bandwidth. For example if your children are using the web at the same time you are. Contact your internet provider if you suspect you are getting less internet bandwidth than you should.
Note: To increase performance in the main video window, you can close the smaller video windows since they also can consume some bandwidth and CPU resources. Machines with slower CPU's running on slower networks can benefit by only playing the video in the main window.

Why is my video not playing?
Make sure you have pressed the play button for your video and wait a minute or two. If you still cannot play the video then your issue may be due to the following:
- Low Memory - if your computer has less than the minimum 512 MB of memory or you are running many applications at the same time, close other applications before playing a video.
- Low Bandwidth - it is required that you have either a Cable or DSL modem providing at least 750 kbps download speed. Contact your internet provider if you suspect you are getting less than this speed.
